Looking forward to starting the cladding remediation works on this apartment block, improving it beyond the current regulations.
This is the first one we are undertaking that has received funding under the Government’s Private Sector ACM Cladding Remediation Fund (PSCRF). A fund set up for privately owned, high-rise buildings (over 18 metres) covered in dangerous aluminium composite cladding (“ACM cladding”).
