Delivering refurbishment and remediation works within live student accommodation environments requires far more than simply completing the physical works. Careful planning, communication, collaboration and an uncompromising approach to Health & Safety are critical to ensuring projects are delivered safely while maintaining the day-to-day experience of students and stakeholders.
This recognition is a reflection of the standards, professionalism and consistency our teams continue to demonstrate across every stage of delivery. This is a fantastic achievement for the wider TSL team and one we are extremely proud of.
