Rics Construction Conference

Members of the TSL team recently attended the RICS QS & Construction Industry Conference in London.  The day’s guest speakers gave a fundamentally interesting insight into where the industry is heading and how we as a company can prepare for the upcoming changes expected within the industry.

Key points were discussed on procurement methods, whole-life costing, delay analysis, professional ethics for surveyors and also a very informative panel discussion that everyone was involved in. We believe that attending these events gives us a fantastic opportunity to refresh our continually growing knowledge of the industry to help us better serve our clientele and manage ourselves as a more efficiently as a company.

Guest Speakers included:

Dr David Mosey, Government Mentor, Two Stage Open Book Tendering Trial Project

Martin Davis, Government Mentor, Integrated Project Insurance Trial Project
