Nahid joins our in-house Design Team!

Meet Nahid, the newest member of our wonderful Design Team. Nahid joined us in September and has almost 20 years of experience in façade design.
Q. What inspired you to become a Design Manager?
A. I graduated with a degree in Architecture from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology. I was attracted to the façade industry for its complexity and because it involves the most beautiful part of the building.
Q. How have you gained so much experience of façade design?
A. Prior to joining the TSL Team I was working as a Design Manager for an engineering consultancy. My journey includes different roles such as Design Support Technician, BIM Modeller and Design Manager. I have extensive experience in façade system design, installation and testing methods, fabrication, fire strategy and cladding design.
Q. What are you most looking forward to about your new role
A. I’m really glad to be a part of TSL because of the impressive and organised approach to projects. I’m also looking forward to working as a Principal Contractor and to working with architects, fire consultants and design houses.

Q. What attracted you to TSL?
A. TSL’s growth over the past 5 years caught my eye as it shows its competency to successfully deliver projects in a short period of time.
Q. Which of our five values do you relate to most, and why?
A. I would like to say I am equally dedicated and passionate about my family and work.”
Q. How do you spend your time outside work?
A. I am a busy mother of two children, I love spending time with family and friends. I enjoy travelling, gardening, cooking, and reading, although I don’t get as much time for reading as I’d like.
