Project Manager – Bradley Plummer
We’re thrilled to have Bradley onboard, he’s a great fit and brings authentic passion for his role. Our shared core values were evident from the start and will be instrumental in providing the TSL experience to clients. He hopes to focus on further honing his skillset and expertise which we are excited to support.
What have you done previously?
“I have progressed throughout my career from starting as labouring, improver, fixer then to management, Having worked for a major player in the external façade industry I have gained a lot of experience in façades and will continue to do so.”
Why TSL?
“Why not? It was an opportunity I could not turn down! TSL have given me the confidence to progress up the ladder in my career and that is what really persuaded me to join the team.”
What do you enjoy most about your job?
“The thing I really get a ‘buzz’ from is standing back after job completion looking at what we’ve just built and knowing that I’ve been a part of it, it makes all the hard work we’ve put in seem worth it. I also enjoy building relationships with work colleagues and clients.”
How has it been so far?
“Very welcoming! I feel like part of the furniture already, there’s a good vibe and everyone is pulling in the same direction.”

What do you do outside of work?
“I’m a family man, father of 3 beautiful children in which me and my partner enjoy family days out and holidays!”
