Connor Hounsell recently celebrated his 10 year anniversary at TSL, having joined the company in 2015.
From his early days as a junior Quantity Surveyor, Connor has grown with the business every step of the way. Over the past decade, he’s taken on roles across our commercial and operational functions, and today serves as our Operations Director – a key part of the Senior Leadership Team and one of the driving forces behind our growth.
Connor has played a vital role in shaping our internal infrastructure, processes, and systems – consistently pushing the business forward through each stage of development. His contributions have been instrumental in helping us evolve into the company we are today.

To mark the occasion we chose presence over presents, celebrating with a trip to Zürich alongside members of the senior team – a well-earned break and a chance to reflect on how far we’ve come together.
