Meet The Leadership Team
Dexter has over 15 years’ of experience in building envelope construction. He joined the business in 2013 with a vision for setting new standards in construction and a determination to deliver an unrivalled construction experience for clients. Dexter has led the expansion of the businesses’ Principal Contractor services and the fire remediation expertise that TSL specialises in. Dexter was shortlisted for Businessperson of the Year in 2023.
Connor’s career started in the construction industry in 2005, working as a fitter. Since joining TSL in 2015, he has shaped the vision and growth as Commercial Director. Unofficially, Connor is TSL’s ‘Master of Spreadsheets’.
Strategic Partnership Director
Since joining TSL in 2019, Lewis has found a workplace that perfectly aligns with his aspirations—a place where core business values and personal relationships are the foundation for growth. In his role, Lewis has been instrumental in enhancing the TSL experience, developing a unique approach that has become highly valued by the company’s clients.
Dan joined the business in 2021 as Head of Design and was promoted to Technical Director in 2023, leading our in-house design team. His career in façade design began over 15 years ago.
Head of Major Works
Shaun has over 30 years’ of experience working in the façade industry. His experience includes new build developments and façade fire remediation projects. Shaun’s technical understanding and knowledge of procedures is second-to-none and he’s developed our Major Projects function since joining the business in 2022.
Head of Small Works & Aftercare
After joining the industry in 2005, Aaron gained experience in retail refurbishment and new build development sectors. After joining TSL in 2014 as a Project Manager for both the Major and Small Works divisions, before becoming Head of Small Works and Aftercare in 2018. Aaron is a devoted cyclist and has completed two charity bike rides to raise money for our charity partners.
Sarah joined the business in 2018 as Finance Controller. With over 30 years’ experience in finance, 20 of which were spent in the construction industry. Her wealth of knowledge enabled her to implement a fully functional finance team.
Head of Pre-Construction
Adam has 20 years’ experience working for specialist subcontractors within the construction industry. Since leaving university he has held various estimating and pre-construction roles within the facade and building envelope sector. Adam joined TSL in 2023 as Head of Pre-Construction and is experienced in cost management, contract negotiations and fire remediation.
Head of HSEQ
Chris Walsh is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of expertise in the facades industry. As the Head of HSEQ, Chris combines a transformational and transactional management style to drive innovation in Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. With a passion for detail, Chris ensures operational excellence within the business.
Head of People & Culture
Stacey’s career started in corporate communications before moving to specialise in internal communications and employee engagement. After spending 10 years in financial services, she joined the business in 2023 as Communications Manager before progressing to Head of People and Culture. Outside of work, Stacey enjoys running and is kept busy by her young family.
Nathan is a tech-savvy, full-stack, Marketer . He joined TSL in March 2022, drawn by the company’s vision and commitment to a positive employee work environment. His tech expertise has been instrumental in driving innovation and excellence.
Executive Assistant to MD
Candice joined TSL in 2012, back when the company was a small team of just three people. She played a versatile role, managing tasks ranging from invoicing and ordering to supporting the contracts department. As the departments grew and required full teams, her cross-functional knowledge proved invaluable. Candice has evolved along with the business, becoming a cornerstone of TSL’s development.
