Full-Time Senior Design Manager

To work on a total design solution specific to each project. This will be done by ensuring compliance to client’s recommendations and requirements and company procedures.
Will be responsible for tasks relating to the project, instructed, and reporting to the Head of Design and Technical.

FULL-TIME Estimator

We’re looking for a Full-Time Estimator to produce high-quality quotations and accurate costings for façade, roofing, and refurbishments with a value between £500 and £250,000. Key tasks include site visits, preparing quotes, liaising with procurement, and client relationship management. Experience in estimating, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Small Works Operative

You’ll manage emergency repairs and maintenance for building envelopes. This role requires a skilled tradesman with knowledge of external building maintenance or roofing. We offer a company vehicle, uniform, and a role that’s hands-on with a variety of remedial works. Key tasks include emergency repairs, technical support, maintenance works, and adhering to Health and Safety standards. You’ll also handle out-of-hours emergencies, and maintain high workmanship and safety standards. Training provided as needed.

FULL-TIME Quantity Surveyor

The role is to keep a close eye on project finances, contracts & relationships. Its primary function is to make sure that the financial position of construction projects is accurately reported and controlled effectively with the project teams. As well as delivering the usual quantity surveyor role, each member of the team is an ambassador for the company a will be expected to deliver the TSL experience to both colleagues and especially the client.
