Dougie Copeland recently celebrated his 10 year anniversary at TSL, having joined the company in 2015.
From day one, Dougie has been the definition of loyalty, integrity, and hard work. Over the past decade he has not only contributed to our growth, but has supported his teammates and always gone the extra mile, all with a positive attitude and unwavering commitment. It’s rare to find someone who cares as deeply about the success of the company and our people.
Managing Director Dexter Copeland said “Dougie is not one for the spotlight, nor the fanfare that often comes with milestones like this, but it’s important we recognise the quiet consistency, integrity, and pride he brings to his work each day. He’s a man who cares deeply about doing things properly with a keen eye for quality, a commitment to fairness, and a belief in doing the right thing. On a personal note, it means a lot to see a family member reach this milestone – a full decade with the business. It’s a feat even my own father (and Dougie’s brother) didn’t manage! Thank you, Dougie, for your loyalty, your eye for detail, your passion for quality installations and for being exactly who you are.”
