Our company development days are a key part of this, bringing everyone together to celebrate our successes, communicate our plans, learn new skills, strengthen our team, and support our progressive mindset.
Alongside the usual company update, covering among other things the order pipeline for the next few years, highlights this March were a very competitive Construction Cost Challenge looking at project management, a Good, Bad and Ugly session where we could see the positive impacts of our journey so far and the work still to do, and a training session on time management where everyone had personal takeaways to help them in their daily life. The events were full of positive energy and great outcomes for personal and professional growth!
