Malcolm Ross has moved from QA Manager to Design Project Manager, bringing his operational experience into an area that continues to grow in importance.
Louis Rix’s role now spans both Pre-Construction and Design, leading project management and programming as Senior PreCon Project Manager.
Together, these roles significantly strengthen the link between planning, programme and delivery, ensuring our project teams are aligned from the very outset. This structure enhances our investigation and early-stage scope support for clients managing multiple assets. The team will lead early investigations and scope definition at asset interest, acquisition or ownership stage, providing early clarity on risk, compliance and delivery strategy.
