As we continue to grow, we are delighted to announce an operational restructure alongside a number of very well-deserved promotions.
This evolution of our structure reflects both the scale of our current projects and our long-term commitment to delivering consistently high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.
Strengthening our operational leadership, Charlie Pidgley moves into the role of Head of Construction, with Matt Popham appointed Head of Projects. These roles provide clearer strategic direction across construction and project delivery, ensuring closer alignment between planning, execution and on-site delivery.
The restructure creates greater focus, accountability and collaboration across teams, enabling faster decision-making and a more proactive approach to managing programmes, quality and risk. Most importantly, it enhances our ability to deliver projects that meet our clients’ expectations on time, safely, and to the highest standards.
