Following the incredible success of our inaugural Charity Golf Day in 2025, we were delighted to welcome clients, partners and friends back for our second annual event this June. What began as a simple fundraising idea has quickly become one of the highlights of the TSL calendar, bringing together clients, suppliers and friends with one shared goal – to make a real difference for families with children and young adults facing cancer.

Despite the heatwave, the day once again brought together our fantastic industry network for a little healthy competition, plenty of laughter and, most importantly, fundraising in support of our chosen charity Young Lives vs Cancer.

Held at Goodwood, this year’s event welcomed over 80 guests who enjoyed a fantastic day on the course before coming together for our prize presentation, raffle and charity auction. Alongside last years scaffold platform tee, flop shot and beat the pro, this year we added a Health & Safety tee complete with hard hat, high vis, and safety gloves, and a longest drive competition on the 18th hole.

As always, the generosity shown by everyone involved was nothing short of incredible. Together, we raised over £20,000 during the day, taking our fundraising total for Young Lives vs Cancer even closer to our overall target of £50,000 and helping families facing the unimaginable receive the support they need when they need it most.

A huge congratulations goes to winners Paul Terry from UPOWA and team Miller who claimed this year’s individual and team titles after a brilliant round, along with all of our competition winners throughout the day.

Events like this simply wouldn’t be possible without the support of our co-organiser Southern Scaffolding Supplies, prize donors and volunteers. We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to every organisation and individual who contributed their time, generosity and enthusiasm to making the day such a success.

What makes this event so special isn’t just the golf – it’s seeing our clients, suppliers and partners come together with a shared purpose. The relationships we’ve built across the industry continue to create opportunities to make a genuine difference beyond the projects we deliver every day.

Although the final putt has been sunk, our fundraising certainly isn’t over. The Charity Golf Day forms just one part of TSL’s ongoing commitment to supporting Young Lives vs Cancer, with more fundraising challenges planned throughout the year.

If you would like to support our fundraising journey, you can still donate via our JustGiving page. Every contribution, however big or small, helps Young Lives vs Cancer continue providing vital support to children, young people and their families when they need it most.

Thank you once again to everyone who joined us. We can’t wait to do it all again next year.
