We have opportunities across TSL, from business functions to project teams and operational management. Our office is based in Hampshire, but our projects are located across the UK. 

Senior Design Manager

You’ll work on a total design solution specific to each project, ensuring compliance to our client’s recommendations and requirements and our company procedures. Using the latest technology and design systems you will produce high-quality
computer-generated drawing layouts and details. Reporting to the Head of Design, you will be instrumental in driving the project forward with all stakeholders.

Location: Denmead (hybrid considered)

Quantity Surveyor

As the financial linchpin for the project you’ll keep a close eye on project costs, contracts & relationships. You will make sure the financial position of each construction project is accurately and effectively monitored, reported and controlled with the project team. Consulting with contractors and clients, you’ll have excellent budgeting, negotiating and analysis skills, putting you at the forefront of delivering the TSL experience.

Small Works Manager

You’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of small works and reactive maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficiency. You’ll provide hands-on support, supervises teams, and foster strong client relationships whilst making sure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards.

Location: South and Midlands

Small Works Operative

You’ll manage emergency repairs and maintenance for building envelopes. This role requires a skilled tradesman with knowledge of external building maintenance or roofing. We offer a company vehicle, uniform, and a role that’s hands-on with a variety of remedial works. Key tasks include emergency repairs, technical support, maintenance works, and adhering to Health and Safety standards. You’ll also handle out-of-hours emergencies and maintain high workmanship and safety standards. Training provided as needed.

Location: South and Midlands

Contracts Manager

You will oversee the commercial and contractual performance of multiple construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring each contract is delivered in line with its terms, providing strategic oversight and managing key risks, optimising commercial outcomes, ensuring compliance and maintaining client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Location: London

Project Manager

You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of construction projects, ensuring each scheme is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards. This will involve strategic planning and day-to-day leadership of the project, acting as the key point of contact between all stakeholders from pre-construction through delivery to handover.

Locations: Bristol, Leeds

Site Manager

This is a dual role encompassing both strategic site leadership and hands-on operational management. You’ll oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring all activities on-site are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, supervising subcontractors and labour, monitoring progress, and addressing challenges as they arise.
